Personal Training 1-on-1

One-on-one training is the fastest, most effective way to reach your goals. Lexi will customize workouts to suit your body, strengths, and limitations (especially helpful for injuries) and work with you to create a wellness plan to get you to where you want to be. Sessions can include elements from the many formats she teaches (pilates, kickboxing, mobility, strength training, yoga, core, stretching, etc) and will be tailored to your needs and wants. Additionally, one-on-one training is perfect for those living with a chronic injury or pain. While equipment is not required, a few pieces is ideal- Lexi will direct you in making the most economical purchase(s). Beginners welcome. All sessions are 1 hour, scheduled at your convenience, and held in person at Lexi’s Braintree studio, or over Zoom.

Sessions do not expire. Sessions canceled within 24 hours of scheduled time, will forfeit that session from the package.
