Live classes provide the structure of a set schedule and the benefit of individual feedback (if you want it) at a lower price point. Don’t want to be seen? No problem, leave your camera off!

Personal Training

Whether it’s one-on-one, duet, or a small group, personal training is the fastest way to achieve your goals. This service allows Lexi to get to know you and design a custom workout to suit your body and reach your goals.

prenatal and postpartum, Arthritis, injury rehabilitation and prevention, & weight loss.

Pre-Recorded Classes

Don’t have a predictable schedule? If live workouts aren’t feasible, pre-recorded classes are the perfect fit! A monthly subscription gives you access to an ever- growing library of videos, all available whenever is convenient for you!

Mobility, Kickboxing, Pilates, Strengthening, Stretching, Foam Rolling, & Balance.
